[The Guardian] The EU fining Google over Android is too little, too late, say experts / [가디언] EU의 구글 안드로이드에 대한 벌금형이 너무 약하고 늦었다고 말하는 전문가들 관리자 2018년 08월 12일

The EU has fined Google £3.8bn for anti-competitive behaviour. The fine was about forcing specific services and apps, which are licensed for Google, to be included in using the Android operating system. Thus, although Android OS is an open source system, it served as a vehicle for extending Google's business model, and consequently the competition has been shut out. So EC is demanding Google to free the entire using of Android OS, but the efficacy is questionable because the fine is too little and customers are already get used to using Google apps.
