    Nowadays, electronics devices leave more and more detailed data of our daily experiences, and Law enforcement agencies want to utilize this opportunity in order to secure 'credible' evidence. However, in Carpenter trial, US supreme court maintained that authorities need a warrant to see a person's cell phone location data, but it was pointed out that newer technologies have made warrant protections unenforceable. Thus, it is important to contemplate about what kind of information should be considered as "privacy".
