    Vietnam's new cybersecurity law is designed to protect online rights and create a "safe and healthy cyberspace". It requires foreign tech firms to store locally personal data on users in Vietnam and open offices there. They objected to it and appealed to Vietnam spokesman, but they were refused by the reason that they must comply with the host country where they exist.
